What are the pros of having your own PT?
Bespoke, tailored fitness has its benefits. Our bodies are unique and optimal fitness is a never a one-size-fits-all package – perhaps a personalised approach is the best way to get the most out of your workout.
One on one sessions are designed to your specific needs and goals which will be discussed in our initial consultation which can change of the time we are training together.
1 on 1 sessions are ideal for Mums who are on a busy schedule or who just don't fancy the group environment, we can meet at Fisherman's Road, Maroochydore.
Get a friend to join or Emma can buddy you up with someone with similar goals. These sessions are great if you want a training partner to keep you accountable. This can make the workout fun and interactive.
Want to train with the whole family, get hubby and the kids involved. Set a good example to your children and show they that mummy and daddy work out. This will be a fun but hard work including games to get the whole family moving.
30 or 45 minute sessions tailored to suit your personal fitness goals, from my PT studio in Buderim.
