All Mums are invited to join our fitness  group classes in Lindfield Primula Oval. Kids are welcome too, some join in and some sit in prams. Whatever your situation, I would love to help you to feel fitter.

CLASS PRICING

10-12 WEEK TERMS

My Group Classes work alongside school holidays. We are Mums after all. 
 

COST

Each class is just $20 per person. Payment must be made for the full term prior to joining. If you join mid term, you do not pay the full amount.

REACH YOUR GOALS

At Motivate Mums we are all about helping you reach your fitness goals pre or post-natal. 

We concentrate on re-building your body from the inside out, working alongside Women's Health Physiotherapists to ensure the best service. 


In our sessions you'll find mums with different ages children and different fitness levels. There is absolutely no need  to keep up with each other, everyone works at their own fitness level and can stop anytime to see to your little ones.  

STRENGTH TRAINING

We hold two sessions a week which consist of strength and cardio.


Being strong can help on our day to day mummy duties and we do a lot of functional movement patterns that we do in our daily lives like squats, lunges, rows these all mimic our movement patterns when we are bending, carrying on a daily basis. 

CARDIO FITNESS

Cardio workouts are specifically designed no matter what stage of motherhood or fitness level. 

You can go at your own pace but still have a good workout without all the jumping and heavy bearing down on pelvic floor. 

Boost your mood through the release of endorphins, which are feel-good chemicals released by your brain. These also help you sleep better at night.
