MUMS GROUP TRAINING

We offer classes for every level of fitness and stage of motherhood.

 

Never feel like you have to keep up with everyone else, you can stop whenever to see to your little ones or rest. 

Whatever your situation we have you covered.

CLASS PRICING

Term 2 is an 10 week block. 

 Group Classes work alongside school holidays. 
 

COST

Each class is just $20 per person. Payment are to be made by fortnightly direct debit.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CLASSES

A community of likeminded mums who lift each other up. 

What to expect?

At Motivate Mums we are all about returning to exercise safely after having a baby. 

We concentrate on re-building your body from the inside out, working alongside Women's Health Physiotherapists to ensure the best possible service. 

 

In our sessions you will find other like minded mums at all different ages and stages.

There is absolutely no need  to keep up with each other, everyone works at their own fitness level and can stop anytime to see to your little ones.  

STRENGTH TRAINING

Being strong can help on our day to day duties, we have a big emphasis on functional movement patterns that we do in our daily lives.  

CARDIO FITNESS

Cardio workouts are specifically designed no matter what stage of motherhood or fitness level. 

You can go at your own pace but still have a good workout without all the jumping and heavy bearing down on pelvic floor.
